I had the keratin hair straighter and it was excellent.

I mean you get a good haircut for a good price.

I love this salon. It's so modern and chic and it has the MOST comfortable rinsing sinks that have pads for your head to lay on... it's amazing! Ashley is absolutely wonderful and always does a fantastic job!

I went in today to look for Ashley Bristow, but the staff and the receptionist there were very rude, and unwelcoming. They said she no longer worked there, but would not tell me where she went. I decided to stay despite the tone, but the wait time was right at a hour. It seemed as though every time I come here another one of my go to stylists is gone, and i am beginning to believe they are being run off. Frustrated, I decided to leave and went to the Sports Clips on Germantown Rd. right next to Dick’s Sporting Goods and Costco. To my surprise, not only did I find Ashley there, but I also found Lacy Roderick. Both of which have cut my hair on numerous occasion. The atmosphere at this location is vastly better, and all of the staff are warm and welcoming. Lakeland used to be my favorite place to go, but is no longer a consideration. I will be hard pressed to ever step foot back into that location. I recommend others do the same.

They work you in quickly

The stylists and receptionist are quick, skilled, friendly, and great with kids. My three year old is terrified of haircuts but does SO well when the Pigtails and Crewcuts crew works with him. He always ends up with a smile and a great new haircut. Managaement is amazing and always listens if you have any questions, concerns, or comments. This is the only place I will take my kiddos now when they need a trim :-)

I went in for makeup to cover bruising from an accident. I talked to an employee there who took me to the product I needed. Yes it was expensive, but it did the job as it was explained to me. I appreciate him listening to what I needed and how knowledgeable he was. Thank you so much. I was in town to attend my father's funeral and I did t want to go with two black eyes. It made all the difference to have such good customer service.

Karen is fantastic! I went as a walk in on my lunch hour and not only did she give me the exact cut I asked for she did it in less than an hour! I absolutely lover her personality, she made me feel right at home.
