My first experience here was great- had a conversational hair dresser, and she was super nice. This weekend, I went again and my hair dresser was talking about how she couldn’t wait for her lunch break, and hesitated when I asked for a style at the end of my cut. I ended up not paying $35 for a straighten (which is ridiculously priced) so I could spare myself from her lunch complaints. Also, I tried to start conversation many times and she replies either: A). Nonverbally, or B). Mumbling something under her breath. Also, Was in satisfied with the result

This place is great! Laura cut, colored & styled my hair just the way I wanted and I absolutely love It! She took her time and really perfected everything. I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this salon (Laura especially**) if you're looking for a great cut & color.

Everything about Brenda is 5 stars! AVAILABILITY: 5 STARS. Her hours of operation are phenomenal compared to anything I’ve ever seen in the industry. Whether it’s short notice or a week in advance, I know I don’t have to worry about not being able to see her. ACCESSIBILITY: 5 STARS. Location, location, location. She has a sweet spot, easy to locate & with ample parking. Her shop has everything she needs in it. CONVIENCE: 5 STARS. Online Booking feature is top notch and very user friendly. I certainly appreciate the appointment reminders I receive. PROFESSIONALISM: 5 STARS. My interactions with Brenda have always shown me she is a true professional. She listens to exactly what Im looking for and doesnt try to push anything I don’t want done. However, she also provides excellent recommendations that have been perfect and things I would’ve never thought of. She also explains her method along the way. She has a very unique way of styling that Ive learned to trust her methodology. The “finished look” has come out perfectly every single time. Ive learned so much from Brenda about my hair. From taking proper care of my hair to how to get the “just out of the salon” look; what brushes & tools to use. She really is a great listener. One visit I was on a horrible time crunch and she made sure we did exactly what was needed and in the time I needed to be finished by. TALENT & EFFICIENCY: 5 STARS. Brenda is amazingly talented. In 40 years I have never been to a stylist that doesn’t need to use gobs and giant amounts of product to make a style look great. Her styling and cuts make a potentially high maintenance hairstyle very manageable. Every stylist I’ve ever been to has had to use so many different styling products that in order for me to come close to trying to replicate the style it required a separate shopping trip where I buy this hairspray, that gel, this mousse, that comb, this shampoo, that conditioner, etc. Whether it’s a trim or a drastic change, Brenda is very efficient and diligent with every aspect each visit. AFFORDABILITY: 5 STARS. Brenda provides very high end service without having to break the bank. After my first 2 visits, I sent my husband and my son to her. Prior to Brenda, they used to go to the cheap haircut places and would come out with a fresh cut and nothing special. But now, my men look fantastic and sharp!! VERSATILITY: 5 STARS. As I’ve mentioned before, Brenda is able to not just cut & style men’s hair but for women, she has proven to take dull, boring hair and bring it back to life with pizazz!! She provides an extensive list of services from waxing, trims, cuts, styling, deep conditioning, & coloring. From roots to balayage, BRENDA IS YOUR GO TO!!! CONGENIALITY: 5 STARS. Brenda is by far one of the sweetest & friendliest woman I have ever met which makes my visits with her so much more enjoyable. She is so thoughtful & considerate and truly gives her clients the most welcoming & friendly treatment ever. After searching & trying many different stylists, my search is OFFICIALLY OVER. I will no longer allow anyone else to touch my hair (or my husband’s & son’s hair) except BRENDA. She is now part of our family.

I arrived at 8:45 today to avoid crowds and it was empty. The store was fine but I couldn't get help finding a perfume. I'm guessing who ever was in charge of that dept hadn't arrived yet which is understandable during holidays.
