Great barbershop for me and my son!

I went in for a simple wash, color and blow dry. I have natural hair. I had large areas of gray hair that needed coverage, so I requested jet black dye. My hair was not styled at the salon per my request. Once I arrived home, I went to the bathroom to look at my hair and to my surprise, I still had gray hair as if it was never dyed. My stylist rinsed, conditioned and blow dried my hair with the ENTIRE middle of my hair still gray!!! She never said a word. I paid for a service that I should have received. At best, she should have advised me once she saw it and asked me to come back at another date to correct it. To let a brand new client walk away with that kind of experience and that level of service is unacceptable.

Dona is the best at what she do. Braiding queen only takes her 4 hours to slay some braids.

John was so amazing and I enjoyed my time in his chair. I was scared to go with the interlocs again because of my 1st experience. He told me that he has a painless method that he uses but it last 4-6 weeks. I was still skeptical but I agreed and I sooooooo glad that I did. I didn't have a sore or swollen scalp, he didn't use a needle or any products only oils, and the shampoo was great too. Treat your hair (body) right and go see John!!!

I booked an appointment with a stylist by the name of Aisha. This appointment was booked almost a month in advance. The day of the appointment the stylist was 20 mins late, so i called her. At this time of the call she informed me that she had just woken up and to give her 20 mins to get to the salon. 30 mins go by and i call her back, I’m pressed because it’s the day before NYE and i didn’t have a back up plan, on this call she stated she is on her way she had to pick up her son first. 5 mins pass and she texts me to ask if i can reschedule. I told her no i need my hair done today. And i also mentioned that her ten o’clock appointment was my friend, whom I’m sitting in the car with at the moment. She responded via text “well i just ran out of gas”. I didn’t bother to respond. Point blank she wasted my time and also my friends time because she cancelled on her as well. The most unprofessional experience ever. Luckily the amazing hair stylist next door at TRUTH VIRGIN HAIR BOUTIQUE , Morgan, was willing to take me and my friend as walk ins....

Ms. Trecia is an awesomely skilled, dedicated and caring hair stylist! She goes above and beyond, because she cares! The owners and the entire staff at Beautiful Hair & Nail Salon are wonderful! Thank you all for an excellent customer service experience!
