Beauty Salon

Love this place

I called and asked if a stylist was available to cut my hair. Yes it was same day, Tonya, stylist and lady who took my call, said she could do it and that I could come in. I then asked what time worked best for her. She said for me to come at 12:30pm. I ran around and made sure to be there at 12:30pm only to find out she wasn't even there but rather had slipped out to grab lunch. I thought no big deal. Twenty minutes later she comes back and started doing another ladies hair. I asked, trying to be polite, " are you still available"?. She said "yeah" . Never apologized for the inconvenience or even perhaps suggesting that I come back at a later time, that would have worked. At any rate I waited for a half hour and then I left. This was a total waste of my time. I would hope the lack of professionalism from this particular stylist is not reflective of the entire management team. Nonetheless I will not be back.

First time there, very busy but great haircut!

Love, love, love this store. Everyone is so friendly and extremely professional. They go above and beyond to help find your beauty needs.

The owner is rude she sounds like she just woke up when she answers her phone and put out to answer a question.

First Impressions. Negative! They don't bother with you if you don't have an appointment and literally look down on you as a walk in. Piss poor customer service.

Very friendly staff.

I've been going here for 10 yrs.. they have the best haircuts in the DFW hand down. If you're looking for a friendly environment and a good haircut this is the place to go!

Don't come an hour before closing because if they have one kid getting a haircut you're S.o.L., they have to leave early. Lazy lazy.

Best barbershop in DFW!!

She was very friendly, professional and advised what she felt might work for my hair.

Always satisfied with my hair cut and people are always very courteous and friendly.

Haylee did an excellent job of cutting my 17 year old granddaughter's hair. My granddaughter had dyed the ends pink and her hair was very long. Hailey removed the pink and gave her a beautiful cut. She was very pleased. AND that is hard to do.

Very helpful people. Great experience
