I’m sure there’s wonderful services here provided by professionals but do yourself a favor and do not book with Fanchon. She ruined my hair right before a wedding! She said she couldn’t fit me in to fix it for 2 weeks then still never contacted me back to fix it. She wouldn’t even reimburse for her awful color job. I was supposed to have a touch up on my baylage and have my blonde brought up. Instead I had the same blonde on the bottom but now with Orange roots. Pic of orange roots added.

The staff here is great these ladies are second to none in customer service. Nina is my stylist and Taylor will make sure you don't miss your appointment. Oh and who else will give you a mimosa while you wait? :-)

This salon is my favorite place for past 8years. I met Claire and Kyle since they were in Carrollton location. It is much further from my home but I couldn’t find another hair stylist better than them so me and my husband drive 45 min to visit them. Not only their pricing and services are much cheaper than Tony&Guys but also services you get is equivalent to high end salons. They also keep up with new trends and educate their employees. I highly recommend this salon and you will not regret the transitions that you made with your current salon.

The lady here does such a good job, I love my hair when I go to her. I made the mistake of going to Great Clips today and they absolutely mangled my hair, you can bet I'll be going back to Hair Focus to get it fixed. Good hairdressers are so hard to find, I'm never straying again!

This salon is simply amazing even more so Jessi . I now personally see Jessi she is my stylist I have been to her over 5 times. Jessi is Extremely creative very professional and always makes me feel beautiful when I leave. She is more than an asset to the salon. She is the best stylist I have been to. Jessi has cut my hair styled it as well as colored it and it is always perfect. She is very talented trust me you want to be in her chair. She pays attention to detail not only from just cutting hair or coloring but as well as when she shampoos it is so relaxing. She really cares about her clients. Owner was to busy chatting with someone that he completely ruined my stepson's hair. We asked for a mohawk and he completely shaved his head. When his dad tried to tell him and show him a picture, he got defensive and said he knew what he was doing. The child now has a "mohawk" which is just basically a little longer hair on the top. And that it totally lopsided and ugly. Once we got to the register we were told the price was $45.00 and they basically tried charging for our other kids who got their hair cut at another professional shop. Once we told then that we did not want to pay because we didn't get what we wanted and did not like his work. He yelled to leave and he was tired of seeing our faces. Never coming here again and would never recommend this place.
