Incredibly unprofessional customer service. The staff doesn't even know the franchise policy posted online about indoor tanning products. They treat people horribly and told me to take my business elsewhere after five years ! Ive heard from other locations that clients have had similar experiences and the owner is not highly spoken of. It's a shame that fabutan has to be associated with this location.

I'm only giving two stars because there really nice people but thankfully hair grows back, this was my second time going here.
The first time my hair was cut by the girl that runs it and she did a fantastic job making me look forward to going back then the second time the guy I guess her husband did it and what a butcher he is my hair is uneven and messy, how can you mess up such a simple hair cut I clearly asked not to take too much off the top but he took soooo much off leaving me with very little hair. Avoid this place at all costs the guy hasn't got a clue what he's doing

Megan did an incredible job on my hair. I came in after getting a terrible haircut and color from a salon downtown that charged ridiculous prices. Megan gave me a funky short cut that I absolutely love. My husband said it is the best haircut I have had in years - maybe ever. I have and will continue to recommend Megan to everyone I know.

Bella did a fantastic job helping me achieve the hair I wanted! She was pleasant and social and spot-on with her styling. This might just be my new favourite location. Oh, and for those still uncertain, I have a strong feeling that many of the negative reviews here are really just venting, stuck-up middle aged women 👀 Definitely give this place a try!
