I was very disappointed when I went. I asked for a long layering, showing a picture to both the owner and another person. owner told lady long layers... and gave me to other person OMG she chopped my hair off! I ended up with a short Bob! I'm shocked everytime I look in the mirror at what she did to my hair. If you want a shot BOB go there, but if you want a style to suit your needs stay away! owner insist on giving you what owner thinks you should have, not what you want! Price for both my daughter and myself was 38.00...we washed our hair before we went and it was wet for them to cut and walked out with wet hair for 38.00. No Blow Drying Just a cut! I have warned you!

I've been seeing Melody off for close to 20 years, since she owned her own shop in far Northeast Dallas. My wife and daughter have used her over the years as well. In fact my daughter got her first cut by Melody so she's good with kids. Melody always does a great job and takes pride in her work. As she told me, "once you sit in my chair I will never lose you as a client." Melody gave up the grind of having her own shop, now working out of a private suite at Salon D'Elegance in Richardson. Her prices are reasonable as you're not paying for atmosphere but for knowledgeable service.

Gina is the best! She is a real pro in hair color! She sure knows her craft! Love, love my balayage hair color ( brown to caramel tones) So ready for fall. Not to mention, price is right. The other staff is awesome too, very friendly atmosphere!
