Don't let the 4 stars I give them detract from them at all. I usually never give 5 stars to any place as it leads one to believe there is no room for improvement nor do they make errors. That said, I heard about Sniptease from the "Nextdoor" App. I only went in to purchase gift certificates for my wife & Mother-in-law for Christmas. They were very friendly & helpful. It was explained to me that all the workers there have at least 25 years of experience in the field. Great I said, sounds good. The proof will be in the pudding when my wife & mother-in-law get their hair done but I do expect great results.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I got my hair cut here once by a very sweet girl. I liked her so much that I decided to get my first salon color and highlight from her. I made an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early. The salon was still closed. I waited until 25 minutes after my appointment and finally left with the salon still closed. It's a shame that they schedule only one person to open as there is no back up plan and no one to notify appointments if the stylist has a conflict.
