This place is a joke. One lady working. Just sat for 30 minutes while she finished up one haircut and first thing she says is someone else is in front of me! Will never return.

Margret is one of the if not the best hair stylist in Houston, She really knows how to compliment every feature you have as well as gives you the best customer service i have had hands down from hair stylist. She really puts her needs behind yours when it comes to what you want!!!

I had hope because the rating was so high. I received the worst haircut I’ve had since I was a 12 year old. It was the lady with blonde/pink hair and extensions (or whatever that was). I’ve never seen her there before but she was the only one available. I showed her a picture and told her how I wanted it a bit different and she said “so not like this picture at all” and just told me what she was going to do. I warned her that I have a bald spot on my temple and to leave it long enough to cover that. She cut my hair the way she wanted it, didn’t even ask me about my neckline and gave me the grossest line when I wanted it natural. I told her my mainpriority was to push my hair forward without it being poofy. She didn’t thin my hair at all and tried to comb it over the side with my bald spot because she knew she messed it up. She didn’t even show me the back. I paid her and left, didn’t want her to do anything else. I had to go to the one across from Walmart to fix it. That lady had to go over everything she did, and showed me how messed up my neckline was. I have little swirls on it so if you try to do a line it looks uneven and choppy which is WHY I WANTED IT NATURAL. The other woman tried to fix it as much as she could but I still look ridiculous. My bald spot is out in the open and I know my neck looks terrible. At least I don’t have to see it.
