Beauty Salon

Good service

Great people, great services

They did a good job on my freestyle braids. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get your hair braided and keep your edges growing.

Veronica is a great stylist and she has a super personality. You're are going to pay a slightly high price, but she is worth it!

This is a great place for all you hair needs..the entire staff is so talented, knowledgeable and personable... ..I just can't say enough ..I will never go anywhere else.

son muy amable te atienden muy bien y hablan inglés y español y trabajan bien

Gena Haas did AWESOME highlights on my hair today , I told her what I wanted and she did exactly what I requested .... Thank you so much Gena and Thank you to Diana for recommending her to me , I definitely will be back 👍👍👍👍

Baytown: Horrible staff they ignore you and act as though they are too good to help a customer. Arrogant attitudes among several of staff and management is fake and could care less if you are in their store or not. I gues the Ulta is there just for employees' happiness as customers are definitely in the employees' way!!! No money spent

Love my hair!

Stella did an amazing job!

I recommend nena, she's been cutting my hair for years👌

I just moved to Katy from Seattle and have struggled finding a decent hair salon. My sister recommended this place and I decided to check it out. I am terrible about making appointments, but I called on a Saturday and they were able to see me later that afternoon. The lady at the front desk was super welcoming on the phone and of course when I arrived. I was met with Eddie, who was just great from the beginning. He made it an experience, not just a haircut. He is quick, but also took his time to ensure I was 100% happy with my new style. (I cut off about 5 inches so it was a big deal!) The shampoo, cut and style is $70, which is the most I have paid for a haircut. However, the experience, staff, and overall cut was well worth it. I may wait a little longer between cuts, but will go back for sure.

My daughter and I have been going to Serenity for several months, and are always happy with our haircuts and color. They have worked with both of us to really find out what works best for our hair, and have helped me with correcting a coloring issue that happened at a previous salon. They are always friendly and helpful.

I've been coming to this salon for years. The place is always clean, the staff professional and friendly, and with the app there is basically no wait. Dana has been here since they opened, I believe, and she is wonderful.

Great affordable haircut

Pam always takes great care of my hair
