Beauty Salon

Literally phoned in to make an appointment, owner answered and simply said "I can't take you today I'm busy" and hung up the phone without letting me speak. Wow.

Good haircuts

Line is very knowledgable in all of her services. I've used her for many years. She's worked with my parents and teenagers as well. She's very polite and friendly. She works hard to accommodate her clients needs and appointment requests, and her prices are very reasonable.

Very professional. Friendly once you have been there a few times.

This review is about the esthetician only, not the laser clinic boxtox etc., the spa services are SO...............over priced you would think they were using gold. I checked this place out while staying in North Bay for work, however their prices are over the top. I did go for a pedicure, not worth the money- save your money I would not recommend, unless you are going for medical treatment covered by a plan, for spa services, rediculously expensive...no ambiance....not a spa environment.

beyond dissaponting

The best in town! She can shape your eyebrows like no one else!

Sarah was awesome. We swapped stories about her Aunt and she made me feel right at home. Love my hair, staff are great. I'll be back!

Love this Salon!! Heather does an awesome job with my hair!!❤

Awesome atmosphere, friendly service

Booked an appointment for 2 people. The woman on the phone was unprofessional. We drove to our appointment from the other end of NB to find out that due to smell of gas in the mall they are closing. This is totally understandable, however, I do not understand why they would not have called us to cancel. Oddly enough they opened their door for two people in front of us to fullfill their scheduled appointments. Additionally, if you were concerned about safety you would have evacuated. The woman who came out to explain the situation was snippy, making no attempt to be polite or appologetic. I will not be returning to this salon, which is unfortunate as I have been a patron for a number of years.

Nice, quick and the lady is very friendly.

Friendly staff. My hair looked amazing. Very happy with the service

Santo was amazing! It was like having my hair done by my own loving grandfather!!! He was so genuine and kind, and seems to LOVE what he does. I am definitely going back, and I will be sending everyone I know!

Very friendly, professional and clean. Does an excellent job. I would recommend Tommy to anyone. Joy

Best hair salon in town by far!!! It doesn't matter who you have, they are all exceptional. I booked Alexis, Natalie and Tiffany for my upcoming wedding and I couldn't be more excited!!!

Amazing, I won't go anywhere else now.
