I went in today 12.17.17 to get a cut and color, cut was to be a med Bob i had a picture of what I wanted the stylist was a girl, I forget to get her name she was very pleasant, altho I didn't get the same look as the pic i showed her she cut my hair more like a straight kut and it didn't match my picture, as for the color I wanted a light brown and it was more like a chocolate brown. The kut I really didn't like so much and color. I don't think I'll go back atho she was pleasant with only 3 yrs experience. I usually tip well but didn't feel I got what I ask for and for the price I pay $79.00 it was to late to go back.

Not nearly as upscale as Sephora. Has the layout of a forever 21-- lots of stuff and a little messy. Still carry some upscale brands nevertheless. Also have tons of fun cheaper beauty items that you can snatch up for fun without breaking your wallet. They have a Korean skincare section that super cute and fun. If you're looking for a fun beauty store, this is it. If you're looking for ultra high end, maybe not. But have a nice range of price points. Worth checking out.

I have been going here for years and always seem to make my appointments last minute with a GTS (Graduate Training Student). I have never had a problem with scheduling and have always been satisfied with my cut after the appointment. The complimentary juice and shampooing make it even better! On top of that they have a rewards card. :)
