Went in for a trim and he completely chopped my hair off (10-15 inches off the front and 5 inches off the back). I asked for a trim that would work with any parting and he cut it so that I can only part it to my left, even though I told him I usually part on my right. Waited a month to see if i would get used to the cut or learn to love it but still hate looking in the mirror every day that I see this stupid cut.
If you want a trim I do not recommend this place at all. If you're looking for a new style then maybe, but keep in mind he did not take my hair thickness and texture into consideration at all.
On a plus note, I have a friend who went here who loves her cut. Me not so much.

Busy place and sweet staff. Not being sarcastic on that. You would need to communicate clearly that you were the first one waiting in line so they don't have you waiting for too long. Probably because the place is packed with (South) Asian staff, they are sweet but not great at communication.

I went in for a wedding hair trial and was very disappointed. Luckily I did my trial far enough in advance that I could still cancel my contract. Not recommended for Canmore brides. They charge an extra $100 to get there early an don't let bridesmaids do their own makeup or nails while waiting for their hair to be done.
