I have had my hair cut by Brian for the last year and was happy with it.I booked an appointment 2 days ago for a haircut and to discuss the possibility of having some highlights done.I use henna and indigo to color my hair for health reasons. Brian knows this and I asked him if some streaks of reddish color could be done(very few and quite far from the roots). Reminded him of the possibility of indigo-bleach reaction and asked if it is better to test some strands of hair.He first suggested I come another time for it. When he learned he had a cancelled appt. from a client he said let’s do it now. I suggested again for a test and he said he would not want to cut hair and that he had done highlights on hair with henna. He applied bleach and put the foils, left it for over 40 minutes there was no result, he said it himself. I was charged extra $100 for half head of bleach with no results, wasted 1.5 hours and left very disappointed. They lost a client and “face”, unprofessional!

I was very pleased with my hair cut, I thought it was a great place. will definity be going again.

I went for simple hair colour. It was my birthday. Maryam has done it and when she was done, she asked me to dry my hair myself so she can go and quickly clean up after herself so she can leave once I am done. When I dried my hair, I saw my roots were ginger, 5 cm after that dark red, and the rest was a mess, each part of my hair was a different shade of red and orange! when I showed her she was insisting that it is good and she does not see any colour difference!!! she asked me to pay, go home and come back tomorrow I show you the colour will get better!!! what?!!! Do you always tell your customers that their hair colour will show its true colour the day after?! She did not even say SORRY. Kept arguing with me that it is ok. after 15 min of arguing finally said come, sit I"ll fix it. I said I don't want to sit for 2 more hours and put another chemical colour on my hair. She said ok if you don't want chemical stuff go and put henna on your hair!! I could not believe my ea

read the reviews and got my hair cut for the first time here a couple weeks ago... great environment, and knowledgeable staff. styled my hair wonderfully after the cut but I am now realizing I paid quite a lot for nothing... have split ends still and just had to trim my own bangs because they barely touched them. unfortunate because i was really looking forward to trying this place out.

These two gentlemen do a very nice job. It's a very comfortable and friendly place. It's been my go to place for years now.

Azi has been coloring, streaking and taking care of my hair for the past 5 years. She is very professional and great at what she does. I am always really happy with the result!
