I am very unimpressed. I had booked an appointment for 1230 today. Waited 5 minutes and called and left a message. I had also Facebook and texted her to see what was going on. Her only explanation was that she thought I was at 12. She never once looked back on the post that we discussed the time nor did she try to contact me about the appointment.
When I heard from her it was only a text, a call would've been the professional thing to do. Instead of offering to come back or to reschedule she just told me to have a good day. A distinct lack of professionalism and customer care.

This place is great. I love the ladies that work here and they do a fantastic job. I'm on a natural hair journey and have been getting comb twist done and they look and feel good. With this being a new experience for me. The ladies here are wonderful with guiding and sharing the knowledge with me on how to care for my hair.
The vibe here is always chill. They play the best music in there and the ladies always make you feel super welcomed!
