Carol at Studio 4 is the best hair colorist I've ever worked with!! I am a business professional and live in Toronto and come to see her in Nova Scotia every couple months. We met three Colors ago, and without exaggeration, I am complimented every day by random strangers on my color: she was willing to try something different that others refused to do, and totally nailed it!
