Great place to get your hair cut and while you are there have a Mani/pedi by Kayla

Great place good prices and the staff makes you feel very comfortable.

Owner does a good job at the gel nails and is very gentle. Got a pedicure done as well and it was well done.

My husband is 76 years old and hasn't got much hair. AND, out front there's a sign advertising $12.95 or 97 for a haircut. He paid $17.95 with tax. He didn't have his hair washed. He brought up what the sign said and she said he didn't get that kind of cut. He goes to either the Massena or Potsdam WalMart all the time for his cuts. Is it customary to take advantage of senior citizens and fleece them?? Maureen Klages

I was in Walmart shopping and was able to get my son a haircut before. It was so convenient stopping by Smartsyle. Catherine Was our stylist and did an awesome job on my sons hair. He’s only 3 and she was very patient and accommodating! It turned out exactly how I wanted it. I only waited about 5 mins to get him in a chair and the haircut was a great price and great quality! I definitely reccomend checking it out! Convenient. Great price. Good quality!

I was seated right away, showed the lady that took me back a picture of what I wanted and did not remotely receive the haircut I asked for. Basically my hair was butchered - my layers were not blended and separated from each other, she simply hacked off the hair for my “bangs” and called it done.

I worked with Kirsten and she was wonderful, I went in for a cut and highlights and she helped me figure out the right haircut to frame my face and the best color for my highlights. I was a little scared to color it at first because it was my first time getting highlights, so she eased me into it by doing a a few highlights at first. When I called her the next day I told her I wanted to add more color because I wanted it to be more noticeable she scheduled an appointment with me the next day (today) and said she would add more color for free since I wasn't completely satisfied with my first visit. So I went in today and she added some more highlights and accomplished exactly the look I wanted. Thank You Kirsten!! I'm very happy with my new look!

Have had my hair done here for years, in fact so did my Grandmother and my Mother still does. Even take my Daughter here now. Gloria is amazing!

I was referred to Megan from a friend & I'm so glad I went! I decided to have a drastic hair change and donate my hair to cancer along with it. Megan did an absolutely outstanding job; she was knowledgable, kind, professional, comforting and just an overall excellent hair stylist. I would recommend everyone to Megan, there is not enough positive things I could say about her that would reciprocate how excellent of a job she did. The store itself is extremely comfortable and professional, this is an excellent location & even better staff. Thank you again, I will absolutely be returning!

After two consecutive horrible colourist experiences in Toronto (splotchy/overbleached/brassy/rooty), my blonde needed some MAJOR TLC. I set an appointment with Clarissa -- to which my mother accompanied me and, on a whim, hoped to give her flat blonde and self-proclaimed "old lady haircut" some dimension. Axxess delivered in SO MANY WAYS: taking on my mother (thanks Tanya! My mother will be returning) without an appointment and giving us both amazing foils (lowlights and highlights) to our specifications. I will never go anywhere else and will suggest this place to all who appreciate exceptional customer service and the perfect instagram-worthy blonde. Our cuts looks unreal as well. Thank you guys!
