I have had fantastic cuts by Michael for over 3 years. Michael always knows exactly how to shape my hair to accent the best parts of my face. I always feel beautiful walking out of Michael's shop!

I don't have a fancy hairstyle, so for me this place was just fine. Go with the right expectations; no bells and whistles but definitely got a good cut and excellent prices.

When me and my brother were going to get are hair cuts she said she knew what we wanted and how to make us look good but that was not what we wanted. she hardly knew how to listen to people.

I had my men's haircut here today with Mr. Sang (the barber). I only have three words to describe this place 'TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!'. My reasons for the accusation are - 1. Mr. Sang doesn't understand nor comprehend ENGLISH! 2. He had no idea how to cut hair even after showing pictures of the hairstyle I wanted. 3. By his behaviour, it proves that he has a CAREFREE and CALLOUS Attitude towards customers. 4. My hair is not to the expectation I wanted. 5. ONE STAR is overrated for him and this salon. 6. Charged $30!!! I could have cut my hair better than him. 7. I'm sure First Choice has picked some random Chinese person to cut hair and call him 'Stylist'. For all the dudes who are reading this review, please don't go for a men's haircut or else YOU WILL REGRET!

I recently made my first visit to the elegant Rosanno Ferretti Hairspa at Madison Avenue and 57th Street, where my stellar hair stylist, Valentino Longo, is now working his magic. The salon is on the 19th floor of the iconic Fuller Building, with its Art Deco design and fabulous lobby inlaid with colorful mosaic floors that lead to sparkling gold elevators. It's gorgeous! At the salon I was greeted warmly by a few lovely women in black who were attentive to my every need during my time there. Soon I was drinking tea and enjoying the view as Valentino, as much an artist as stylist, gave me a perfect haircut. Thanks to him and the inviting atmosphere of the salon, it was one of those rare but unforgettable New York afternoons where everything felt just right.
