Chatters Hair Salon

I'm really unimpressed with this location and I wish I had looked up the reviews before. I'm new to the area but I have always gone to chatters to get my hair done as they have always done me well. I loved my stylist she was great to talk to but I did not get what I wanted at all. She recommended a different approach and I trusted her because I don't know anything about hair colouring and I was deeply disappointed. I called to complain and was promised their customer service would reach out to me but never did.
SmartStyle Hair Salon

I went in yesterday for a trim. I asked her to take about an inch off. She asked if I wanted a few more layers and I said yes. BIG MISTAKE!!!! she cut my hair so short it looks like a 90's haircut!!! I was growing out my hair for three years and I just wanted to cut of the split ends. I feel awful and I will never go there again. When she was drying my hair she looked like she never held a brush before. I am so upset...

I am so thrilled with my hair! Marianne is the very best. I have been to Beverly Hills for hair cuts and all over Toronto at the best salons and Marianne at the Beauty Bar is so far my favorite. So happy and in love with my new hair extensions! Thank you so much!
