I am very displeased with this studio. I booked my wedding makeup and hair well over a year in advance and Jennifer had cancelled my makeup 4 months before my wedding because she could not find a reliable makeup artist. Fine, I can understand that but it would have been nice to be given an alternative makeup artist instead of leaving me to do all the work. Next, 6 weeks before my wedding she cancels my wedding hair appointment along with all of my bridesmaids. BRIDES BEWARE! The pictures may look nice, but the customer service is horrible and now I have to do my own hair for the wedding because everyone is booked! If I could rate this place a 0 I would.
