I was told it would take me two sessions to achieve a golden blonde balayage. $300 later my hair was orange and nothing close to what I asked for. Not only was I overcharged, but I was met with the worst and most unprofessional attitude I have ever experienced in a salon. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome and I honestly wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone after hearing from multiple other people that they had the same experience as I did.
