The 5 star post was for Intrigue hair lounge. There is a problem with Pashion and it's google business registration. Someone has attached Intrigue to the profile that doesn't belong to them and is causing false information under Intrgues business profile. They need to review there profile and unattach the business that doesn't belong to them. It looks terrible and portrays bad business practice, along with customer confusion for both entities . Surely it's a mistake but the sooner the correct information updated the better for all .

First, let me apologize for mistakenly parking in your customer parking lot. That was our mistake. Today on a trip to Wallaceburg from Sarnia we mistakenly parked in your parking lot. Someone on staff informed us that the lot was for customers only and that we would have to move our car. Very fair, and we obliged. What upset me about the interaction was that I was holding a crying toddler who had just fallen in the parking lot. My husband, carrying our 9 month old in a car seat carrier had just received a phone call. I feel that your lack of ability to show empathy and grace toward us when it was clear that we were in the middle of a difficult situation speaks volumes toward your character. I can understand that maybe you deal with people utilizing your parking lot on a daily basis who aren’t customers and that this is a frustrating situation for you. What you failed to realize was that my husband and son also needed haircuts. By shouting at us to move our vehicle while observing the situation we were in, we promptly wrote your salon off the list. In the future you may wish to reflect on how your actions can impact your business and recognize that a small amount of compassion can go a long way.

Atmosphere not very nice, quite cramped. Definetly not high end. They only take cash. Took a bit for someone to tend to me when I entered. the girl who did my hair fried my ends. Price is good

My experience was perfect. I don't allow anyone but becky to do my hair. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. All the girls know how to do hair and are courteous and polite. The prices are fine.

Mens haircut price is right and the service is friendly....ask for Sherry and make your appointment well in advance!

Showed up today looking like doc from back to the future. Hairstylist was Kat. Fastest and best haircut I think I've ever had. Her attention to detail and customer care was amazing. Thanks great clips.

So basically all I wanted was the same exact cut I had, just 2-3 inches shorter. How can you eff that up? Well, because they don't want you to have the same exact cut, they want to have fun and experiment and do whatever they want. If I could cut my own hair, I would. I can't. That's why I go to a "professional" to get it done. They've disappointed me almost every time I've gone in there. I probably won't be back.
