Really neat intimate spot run by a super cool, knowledgable and talented team! I received my first cut from MJ about a month ago and I was truly impressed! I felt very listened to and understood (almost at a telepathic level) in terms of what I wanted—MJ truly does have a knack for short cuts. In the past at some high-end salons, I've come out looking a bit like a 'soccer mom', or with a 'do that doesn't accommodate my particular head and face shape. But after weeks of growing in, my look still doesn't disappoint! While she was styling, MJ also introduced me to a type of product I never even knew existed, which was a chalky styling powder for finer hair (by Redken). At home I've been using waxy putties, but the powder is made not to weigh the hair down-a problem with finer hair. I'll eventually go back for a touch-up, which MJ offers for a fraction of the price and time of a regular cut!

Love the relaxed vibe and that the space is full of plants! Amy gave me a great haircut and made me feel super comfortable. Her expertise was obvious and I like that she cut my hair while it was dry (washed it afterwards). The other stylists were also managing some avant-garde styles, so I highly recommend this place if you want a technical haircut that will look good! Overall, I’m super satisfied and happy that my bangs will only cost $10 to be trimmed when I return!

Il est expert et cela donne toujours de bons résultats, autant quand j'ai coupé mes cheveux super courts que quand je veux seulement un rafraîchissement. Le reste du staff est attentionné et professionnel ! Je recommande fortement ce salon!!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Kelly! I have curly hair and she really took the time to explain to me what was the best cut based on my needs. Also what I really appreciate is even though I probably should have cut off a bit more of the length, when I told her I just wasn't prepared for that, she wasn't pushy or aggressive like some hair stylists and really did what I asked. Very happy with the service, the price, and overall it was a very good experience. Highly recommend Kelly, especially for curly hair. Also wanted to add that if you're paying by debit or credit card the machine doesn't have an option to leave a tip. I found that a little bit strange but just a heads up to maybe bring some cash to leave a tip.
