Lovely Nails
1240 2 Avenue a N, Lethbridge, Alberta, T1H 0E4, Canada
I have been going to this place for 10 years now and have never had an issue. Very quick, efficient and accommodating. You are not paying for the atmosphere and a place to be pampered, you get it done and out.

I've been going to Melissa, the owner, to get my nails done for years. Best place in Lethbridge! Great price, great service, great nails.

This place hasn't got a clue what they are doing. Firstly, the location is clearly a health risk, and secondly them advertising this as a dance studio that educates somebody is insanity. I took a class and couldn't believe what I didn't get for my money. I'm really upset and disatisfied - will try an actual dance studio in lethbridge. Getting pampered at their shop - scarrrryyyy...

Lovely lady, lovely home, great people skills and a warm comfortable atmosphere. My complaint was in the actual job its self. The job I got done I've had done for a long while, and it usually takes about half hour to an hour depending on how thorough they were. It took her less than 15 minutes and upon longer examination I can see she missed a lot of hairs, both a few scattered about and big patches that I can grab.
Just felt like it was a lazy job.

Made an appointment, got there ten minutes early, waited 1/2 hr after appointment time. No one called for me, no one called me, no one said a word to me. They knew I was there. I just got up and left.... Glad I get to pay someone else to cut my hair. Tried to give zero stars...

Not happly at all! I went in looking to buy a product to help correct the brass in my hair. I was rudely told "that(my hair) is why people come into a salon and don't do it at home".. she knows nothing of my hair or who did my hair. I simply wanted to purchase a product. If you don't sell it..just say that.. don't belittle future clients. Stuffy city attitude in a small town mall... Not a great business model for growth. Lol
