Beauty Salon

I would give 2 stars but I'm trying to be reasonable. The customer service is extremely lacking. That's saying it nicely. A friend of mine and I came in at 2:30 as walkins. No other customers were here. We were not greeted at all. One employee, Mandi, was sitting on her phone laughing. She said she was laughing her ass off at videos of misunderstood lyrics. She asked what do we want. I said "I would like a pedi and she wants her nails done". She replied "full set or fill in?" My friend responded full set. She continued to watch videos on her phone for about two minutes before coming to her chair to start on my friend's nails. She did call to the back for the employee, Shari, for a pedi and she came to start filling the chair with water. Shari never greeted me. She didn't direct me to the chair. I sat down and Mandi and Shari started talking back and forth to each other about relationships, what Chau said on Saturday, and many more conversations I personally felt as inappropriate in front of customers. Neither of them struck up a conversation with me or my friend. It took everything I had to not say something but I didn't want the rest of the service to be affected. The pedicure was mediocre. Shari did do a great job painting them though. Overall, I will not be returning when these two are working. I felt as if I was not welcome.

They are very good. Very professional.

Great stylists, great conversation, always a pleasure to go

Ok

So friendly!

The service I received at body elements was great! The ladies that assisted me were very helpful and had the sweetest personalities! Great experience!

Great place to get anything done.

Good stylist but dang why so much

Amanda was great! Will be coming back!

Poor customer service. I literally had to tell the lady doing my nails to stop being so rough (because they were real)!! One employee had her nasty feet in the chairs that customers sit in! The whole environment was awkward & I greeted them as I walked in!! Smh negative stars

Great place wonderful lady

Loved it very friendly staff, quality hair cut and style!

My hair stylist Loretta. She is so wonderful. I just moved here and I was very lucky to find her and Anna's
