After destroying my blonde hair trying to dye it myself, I called Hair and Face Salon in a panic. I had a wedding to be at in 3 days and I did not want to go with orange (and much worse colors) through it. I called at 8pm and someone happened to be there and answered the phone! I explained my situation to her and she assured me that they would do everything they could to fix it before the wedding. I felt immediate relief. Just as she had promised Phil called the next day and was able to do a consultation with me. After working around my school schedule and the stylists I scheduled two appointments with Pamela Stone. She is awesome! Her and Phil listened to what I had to say and worked together to make my hair beautiful (cut and color) and I got complements at the wedding. When Pam did a follow up call though to see how my hair was, it had been a few days and I mentioned that I thought it was a little too dark. She insisted that I come in to have it fixed. We scheduled another day where she fixed the color for me, free of charge! I love my new hair color and I am so happy with the customer service and the care that was shown after visiting Hair and Face Salon. I would recommend it to anyone!~

Annah is a wonderful and attentive stylist who takes the time to do it right and gets to know you. I recommend her to every friend that is looking for a stylist, and love getting to catch up with her. Do yourself a favor and choose Glow Salon over the larger and more expensive salons in the area, you’ll be happy you did.

Sheri is a truly gifted stylist with natural talent an easy going "Come on in have a seat right here" disposition and a fantastic smile. Her salon is crisp and tuned for perfomance. Did I mention she is the top color specialist on the Palouse? Well she is. Let me tell you something she did that still to this day boggles my mind. Visiting friends one afternoon in Spokane a small party developed. It was summer time and we were outside mingling and our dogs were playin and the host and I were tinkering around with our cars. I noticed Sheri talking to a young gal. Brunette kind of plain looking gal and they disappeared togethor. Well an hour or so went by when I noticed the party began to really energize. What was up? I moved out of the shop into the court yard and there was a girl.. in a dress... she looked like a movie star. Every body was surrounding her and all excited and she turned my way. I was astonished. Just then Sheri slipped up beside me and says "hi" I say nothing my jaw is on the floor. Finaly I manage to say "is that plain jane??" Sheri's like "yep" "my god Sheri" she is ... you did... how..in the .../?/// I couldnt spit it out and Sheri... the consumate professional .. pats me on the back and says "that's what I do honey"...

Don't go!!! Seriously, I can do better myself. They just make your hair shorter without any styles. I wish I could give zero star...

The quality of my haircut has varied from visit to visit, but the staff is always nice and the haircuts are cheap. They have at least two stylists who are amazing! Edit: Some stylists are great, some are not. Not worth rolling the dice.

Freindly, polite and professional. I came in 10 minutes before closing, no problem and a great cut.

Got charged $25 dollars for a haircut and shampoo. Not worth it. Lady was uneven with my hair.

Michelle was awesome! She quadruple checked with me about my hair , explained everything she was doing, she was kind and she talked to me like a friend. No attitude about my hair already being washed before comming in and she explained the best hair cuts for my face shape. She had me look at the back 3 times to make sure I was satisfied. Great job.

I would tell the world about Chaz. I am Emily, Chaz has been doing my hair for over 12 years. She hits the color and cut dead on everytime. Chaz is the only stylist I know that micro cuts. She is professional and a riot to hangout with. Go see her for your hair today. You wont regret it.
