Was not satisfied at all with my hair.then she threw in a 3 min curl because I had something to do.charged me 30.00.without telling me.had to get it redone.witch it was New Years Eva and I didn't want them to do my hair but I WASENt GONNA PAY 30.00
For A 3 min curl job...

Very good first experience. Staff were as friendly as they were proficient. Sam did a great job on my cut, but Holly was the one who blew me away. She noticed my car had become boxed in and took it on herself to help me extract it. That's service above and beyond the call! But I get the impression that that's just the way they are at this store. I'll be back.

They hardly spent any time or effort cutting my hair. I ended up having an uneven haircut, even though I mentioned this to her, no effort is made correcting it. And I was convinced it looked fine. My haircut was nightmare!! I had people laughing at my haircut. It kind of looked like I had a bad time with a trimmer cutting my own hair. Never again!!!

I've never had a bad experience here. I've been to at least four different girls there for various services and it was fantastic every time!! You can't go wrong with who you choose. They are continuously educated on new trends and techniques and it shows. I love that they really take their time and after a color/highlight instead and instead of just blow drying your hair or running a flat iron over once dry they will give you whatever style you want (loose curls, beach waves) to perfection! Best salon around.

Had my first appointment here today with Taryn, I couldn’t be happier. The salon is beautiful and has a relaxing vibe , I felt pampered for the 2.5 hours and my hair has never looked this great! This is hands down the best salon in the springfield area!
