I loved going there until my last visit. I waited for a while for someone to greet me or ask what service I needed. I understand that they are busy but that’s ridiculous. So upset with this. I’m not going back.

Went in for a full highlight it looked fine until I got home and realized it was blotchy and orange underneath. Called back and requested my hair to be fixed the next stylist made it even worse, her response was all I can do is dye it darker or your hair will fall out. Then I was also told It’s not brassy by the stylist, if I’m showing you sections and pictures you should not be questioning your customer. Worst experience I have ever had at a salon, no care or compassion displayed by staff. I had to hold back my tears how upset I was with my hair. I will never return to this salon, really was excited about trying a new place initially. When I told the stylist how I honestly felt she just gave a dirty look, work on your professionalism customers notice everything. The only nice thing about my visit was Anne’s mom, one star for her being so nice to me on my way out.

When your hair gets too long, come here and pay a fee, they will cut some of it off for you. But eventually your hair will get long again, and you will have to come back.

Worse haircut of my life. I usually go to a barber shop to get a fade and wanted to try this place close to work. I've gone to many other supercuts before so I kinda hoped for the same thing. Not this time. I asked for a medium fade down to zero and the lady couldn't get it right. Now I have an ugly line in my head that I have to go get fixed somewhere else. She even said in the middle of the haircut "I wish I knew how to fade the lines out". She should've told me she didn't have the skills to do it. NEVER AGAIN!!

Mi esposo y yo siempre vamos a cortarnos el cabello con la Sra. Celia. Mi cabello no me crecía, y desde que ella me lo corta mi cabello ha mejorado en todos los aspectos. Mi esposo es muuy especial con su corte, y no quiere que nadie más se lo corte. Viajamos por una hora y media para cortarnos el cabello pero vale la pena. 😉😁

I walked in on a Friday mid morning and received amazing service by Dupe and Dorothy and they were awesome that had me in and out in 2 hours for micro braids- YES two hours!!
