Beauty Salon

I am not sure why this salon 5 stars 🤔 so today I walk in to the salon both of the girls working didn't acknowledge my presents .(even though they looked @ me when I walked in ) . So I just sat down because they had people in their chairs .The girl with the Latin accent and red hair got finished with her client rung them up and they were leaving when another couple walked in. By this time I was waiting around 30 min. ( mind you the red hair Latin girl was the first one to look @ me when I walked in ). So what does she do ignores my presents and tells the man to have a seat in her chair what happened to first come first serve ??? So now it's my turn finally and a big white girl tells me to come back All I Wanted Was Bangs !!! she messed my bangs all the way up beyond repair . And then she says maybe I should have started cutting lower like U Think !!! I think bangs would be the simplest thing for a beautician to do . I would hate to see what happens when she is handed a harder task. I think walmart took cashiers off the registers and put them in the salon because the beautician didn't come in today . I don't think they graduated beauty school they are not properly trained in customer service a person off the street probably could have done a better job . I will not refer anyone I know and anyone who is thinking of going here u have been warned !! Overall service Zero stars

Think it is really convenient to there for a hair cut and they do a good job in Danville il !

After having bad experiences at another place here in town, we decided to try the Penney's salon. More expensive than other places but the lady who cut my hair was friendly and didn't smell like cigarettes. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job. I'll probably start planning my haircuts around mall visits. I'll be a repeat customer.

Ruby did maintenance on my dreads. She was amazing!!! I highly recommend this place.

I went to Elle salon in June wanting to go blonde. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and she totally butchered the idea. Not only did my hair look terrible, but she burnt the hell out of my scalp. I couldn't open my eyes in the salon and when my scalp started to hurt, I was extremely uncomfortable, in a ton of pain, and worst of all I COULDNT OPEN MY DAMN EYES. I am almost positive I STILL payed full price. $170 dollars for the mess on my head that people refer to as my hair. Ridiculous. For a few weeks after my hair was done, I was blistering on one part of my scalp and eventually just peeling, along with some BS hair loss. Now, my hair is completely damaged and I couldn't be any less satisfied with my visit to this salon.
