From the moment that I called to make the appointment they were really nice and helpful. Donna is my stylist. Since she stared working on my hair I love the way it looks. She took her time to explain to me my options and she did a great job. I recommend Dona to everyone.

If there were 10 Stars I would check that option. I am a customer, and a preferred customer by the way, for over 25 years. Never had a bad hair appointment

I have 2 older daughters (12 & 10) and I used to take them to Sweet & Sassy, until they closed down. I then had my 2 year old son, who I tried to cut his hair on my own and failed. I searched online for a children's barber shop to save my son's hair and came across Lilies & Spikes. I fell in love with the place and the staff. They have the patience to handle my terrible two son and his screaming. Even when he fidgets around, they have not messed up his hair. I now take all 3 of my kids! I met the owner as well and is very kind. He gave me good advise "whenever you're in the area, just stop by, grab a lollipop and see the turtle. This will help your son with his next visits". Love this place!

Went to get my hair cut, spur of the moment kind of thing. The hair dresser I had is the only person who has ever listened to what I want and has actually cut my hair accordingly. I will never let anyone else cut my hair again. She was only friendly, but listened to what I had to say, what I wanted. The manager was kind and friendly, prices are great! I have never had a better experience at a salon.

They treated my daughter very well. Went out of their way to make her happy.

Went in to just get a trim and was told they do not take walk ins appointments only, than I asked if they had any appts available for just a hair cut was told no. Asked if I could make a appointment for later this week, was told no. The next available was about 3 weeks away. Nothing but looks when I walked in. If you are not a regular there you will not get in. So much for keeping your business local when they don't want to serve the locals unless you are in with the stylist.
