I came in told the lady I want to keep the same hair length and that it would not take long for my haircut. When she was done, I left with very unsatisfied with short hair style. I'm not sure why she did not hear what I said, she just kept cutting my hair however she liked. I will never return here.

I had my appointment scheduled a month in advance. Drove a long way, called to let them know that I am running late. I was 3 minutes late on top of the 5 minutes that I announced on my phone call and they could not take me because it was too close to close time (I got there at 5:38pm, store still open until 6pm). All I asked for was dry styling which took 15 minutes at the next salon at ended up going. The receptionist was really rude and the stylist didn't even bother to come up to apologize.
