The experience at Sister's Hair Salon has left me speachless and astonished. The phenomenal women at Sister's do an amazing job with quality that is second to none. This establishment is organized, and full of talented, God fearing women. I've grown into a mature adult around these women and helped them with minimal task such as; inventory, being their personal receptionist, and prepping clients for appointments. ONE TRICK PONY WHO CAN DO A LITTLE BOYS HAIR CUT BUT NOT MUCH ELSE. Took my son (age 5) and teen (with really long curly hair) to get their hair cut here on two separate occasions. Customer service and friendliness is poor. The two stylists we had lacked warmth and any enthusiasm for their job. I felt as if I was bothering them in my request for a hair cut. My son's hair cut was ok. But I had to encourage her to continue to the length I desired after she was going to be finished only 5 minutes into the haircut. After my daughter's hair cut (decided to give them a second chance) she cried on the way home because the stylist clearly had no experience in cutting curly or long hair. She cut off way too much and used a bristle brush on her curly hair. She offered no restyling after the haircut, so we had to go home afterward so my daughter could wash and restyle her hair which had been left in a quite a frizzy mess. If you want a one trick pony with little to no customer service then this is the place for you! As for us, we won't be returning.

This is a very cute salon! They use and sell awesome products. My stylist, Ashley, does an amazing job with my cut and color. I like to keep it an ashy blonde, and she always makes sure it's perfect and that there's no brassiness. Highly recommend!

Lauren is fantastic. I got a new haircut then decided I needed more cut a week later. I love my new style. No charge on the follow-up visit.

Went to 2192 W Kimberly for a haircut. Never again. Got it friday 3/9/2018. Sideburns uneven, a good quarter inch. Looks like someone put a bowl over my head. If there was a 0 star rating would've given that. People commenting and laughing. Suggest you dont go to that location unless you want to look like Mo from the three from the three stooges. Going back to North Park mall Great Clips to re do haircut to my satisfaction.
