A manager has a lot of experience and does great work also is a wonderful customer service representative! I did have to go back to have my haircut fixed however they fixed it without any charge, and I was not upset given the case that the young girl that cut my hair the first time didn't have a lot of experience so I figured she's got some learning to do. Other than that friendly fast service

The last time I came here (couple weeks ago), I left before getting a hair cut. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes, which I thought was interesting because there seemed to be plenty of stylists and not that many customers waiting (1 or 2?). Then I looked on the screen and saw a bunch of names above my name. Their Online Check-In system sort of bothers me. Those who are tech-savvy with apps (I'm young but not well-versed with my smartphone) are able to get a little advantage, while "traditional" customers probably have to wait longer. Indeed, a couple reviewers on here recommend checking in to reduce wait time. It didn't help that the lady was not very friendly. Therefore, I called and asked for my info to be removed from their system since I'm not going back.

Awesome! My son Joey checked in on line we arrived at our time and they were waiting for him. Others who didn't check in online were waiting 45 min. the stylist did a fantastic job looks so good! Joey has red thick hair and it's wavy... she did just what he asked and as a mom I am so pleased. The detail and straight lines in the back are fantastic. Thanks we will return when we're in town. I recommend them highly.

HORRIBLE! I would never take my kids their again! Simple hair cut ended up costing me more because I had to take them somewhere else to fix the mistakes! She did not listen when we told her how long to cut she did it shorter. Daughter cried when we got into the car! I straighten their hair for school next day OMG SO UNEVEN! It looked HORRIBLE! I suggest you never go here for a hair cut! I should of known better any how!

Always had trouble in the past finding and trusting a stylist to do what "I Want" instead of doing what "They Want" Until I met Erica. Wonderful sweet lady who knows her stuff. She made me feel comfortable and welcome and I was more than happy to make future appointments. More stylists here in Auburn and beyond should take notes of the wonderful work Erica does.

Melissa House is a very good stylist. Great laughter and wonderful attitude!
