First time getting my hair done here and i had a great experience, they were very nice and i love my hair , i definitely will be going back.

UPDATE: It's 4:36 on a Sunday afternoon, they close at 5:00 and I just walked up to find the door locked. Third time this has happened to me. I've overlooked the fact that the quality and consistency of their cuts varies almost every time because I can normally get in and out relatively quickly on Sunday afternoons, but the past two times (incl. right now) that hasn't been the case. I don't know if it's an issue with staffing or scheduling or both, but last time I had to wait 2hrs because they only had two people working and 8 people waiting. Now, today I show up at 4:45 thinking they close at 6:00 and when I walk in I'm told they close 5:00 and they (the only person working) can't get to me despite no one waiting. I'm a creature of habit, especially when it comes to getting my hair cut, but now I've got a reason to look elsewhere. I get that this is a franchise and the owner/manager probably set foot on the floor once every six weeks, but someone needs to take responsibility and fix this.

Tom has been my barber for 10 years. I wouldn't even consider going to anyone else. If you're new to the area, male or female, you owe it to yourself to get your hair done at Hair-Artz studio.

I go there sometimes to get my eyebrows waxed and they're super nice and fast. Just make sure you call to check they're not too busy.
