The worst hair experience I’ve ever had. Went to Ashley for a simple cut and baylage. Showed her a simple picture of a more subtle, “piecey” looking style with a cooler color tone. She gave me straw colored highlights and tried to argue with me when I told her I didn’t like what she did to my hair. The lack of respect and customer value is what angers me the most. Thankfully Tereasa stepped in and saved the day and made my hair bearable to look at. But only after I had spent 4 and a half hours there and after washing my hair five times. The worst part is that I never received a discount for the awful experience and my hair still doesn’t look the way I want it to. Please do not go to this salon if you value your time and money.

I can't imagine going to any other salon other than THE OBIE! The minute you walk into the door, you feel like you're at a luxurious spa! It's an inviting, calming, peaceful atmosphere. The stylists are fun and know how to make you feel pampered and beautiful!!!

I have lived in kokomo for almost 4 years now. Unfortunately everywhere you go here the customer service seems to be poor quality. No one ever makes eye contact or acts like anything is thier reponsiblity while you are in shopping. I did have great help this trip finding what i needed. I wish i could remember this girls name bc she was very kind and helpful. But for some reason the manager always has a bad attitude like her life is the worst when she is at work. And gave me an attitude like i should know where to find the make up under thw cabinet if it is not sitting out on the display case... wow. Please work on your customer service.
