So not happy , the lady had the worse attitude ever.i went there to get my brows done a while ago.came out with two diff eyebrows.very bad customer service. DONT EVER TRY THIS PLACE.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Worst place, wastage of money, bad service, you listen to their punjabi aunty style gossip throughout the service. I got keratin treatment and my whole is burnt because the lady was not paying attention while using the dryer. They were trying to take as many walk ins as they can while doing my hairs which took me extra hour sitting there. WORST PLACE.

GREAT experience at this salon for my wedding day! The lovely ladies at Exclusively Yours are fast and so talented. Each girl in my very large wedding party fell in love with their updo's and couldn't stop talking about them for weeks to come. They were very accommodating for our requests and we were done way ahead of schedule. Couldn't have possibly been any happier :) Can't wait to go back!

Very good customer service friendly staff and amazing job

Ive been a regular customer coming to this salon since September. I always got the same person. He is lovely. He does his job excellently. But in my last experience I got someone else. There was a issue with the colour. I did not feel it complimented my skin and I came in to ask if I could get a colour change because I already payed for the nails anyway so I should be happy with them. I didn't express this concern while getting them done because the mall had closed and I had to leave later so everyone was rushing to leave. I'm not satasfied with how I got treated when I expressed the issue. It felt very immature and rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely horrible.

I have a data base from 2008...I do not have "Judy Matell" on file... Sorry you had a haircut that you could not handle...try a trim at a school.

Would definitely NOT reccomend this place. Paid $40 to get my hair done.. The lady just curled my hair with a straightner and it came out in less than 2 HOURS, could have done that myself.. What a waste.

I highly suggest that they change their booking programs, or how they do bookings. They need to be able to see everyone's bookings.

Stay away from this place. They messed up my hair color,tried to fix it, messed it up worse. I had to pay another salon $200 to get it fixed and have most of my hair cut off. After saying they would refund my money they now refuse and will not return my calls.

I was going for highlights but she forced me for colouring too. It was discusting job. Evan my gray hair still not covered,, and highlights colour some dark and some light not matches . Looks crazy. She make mess 😡 she shows attitude not apologised for it Strictly Not recommended
