Great place to get a haircut or color friendly staff

The best salon ever! I never make appointments there but even when supper busy they squeeze me in within 5 minutes! Very impressed! Thank you!

The lady who gave me a cut was super nice, but she rushed through the cut and did very little of what I actually asked for... I asked for a bob cut with the front much longer than the back and instead she cut a hell of a lot more than asked off and barely did a bob at all. She also layered like a lot which wasn't asked for. It ended up a very textured short haircut not a neat looking long bob. The layers were also way off and I have to curl my hair so that it doesn't look crazy... I had about 8 more inches for her to work with before this cut so it wasn't that I had to complicated of a cut before or anything like that. Very dissatisfied. They say they will fix it if you don't like it but I wasn't willing to have my hair any shorter than she had already made it.

Had to go back to get my hair touched up. Un even cut Back wasn't straight, plus I told them to taper it anyway, so there shouldn't have been a line to start with. Now it is growing out really goofy. Doesn't look right!! :'( I'm going to a different store to fix it.

Absolutely love the stylists here. They are very professional, and they truly enjoy what they do. I've had almost all of them cut my hair, but I normally get an amazing style from sarah. Shes got an amazing knack for drawing pictures in your hair! Love you all and keep up the amazing work!!!

I've got my hair cut at every place in the Town Center and wasn't satisfied. I went and saw Karen and she fixed what another salon messed up. I haven't had a bad haircut in from her in 2 years!

Just went there wanted on ombré blonde hair an came out Strawberry Blonde and my hair is cut so short and it was halfway down my back and I only asked for her to trim my dead ends....UNHAPPY! Cried because the next day MY HAIR IS FRIED AND FEELS SO BAD! Going somewhere else today to get it deep conditioning and hope and pray something works because at this point I'm ready to just go bald!!
