I've had my eyebrows done here before and they were fine... but this time I got botched. Michelle pulled on my eyebrows very badly and in the wrong direction when she plucked them (hurting a lot!) and used eyelash tweezers instead of eyebrow tweezers (which are very pointy and sharp)...My two eyebrows look nothing alike and my left eyebrow is too low at the top and too high up at the bottom. Very disappointed. When I told Michelle how upset I was, she did give me a full refund.

Esther has given me consistently fabulous haircuts that are not your traditional style. I often get compliments and requests for the salon's phone number. I have thin hair that has a mind of its own but we have come up with a style that is perfect. Esther is always prompt, patient with changes in appointment times, and interesting to talk with. If you live in both Portland and the Cannon Beach area, you can choose where to locate her because she works in both places. The salon is pleasant and I enjoy my time there.
