I've been taking my son to dawn for alittle over a year. She does an amazing job, (16 year old teen boy approved, you know how tricky that is!) followed her although 30+ min drive from house. Always professional but very personable. Makes for a very positive comfortable situation every time. She also Gives wonderful suggestions. The location itself is in a beautiful Victorian. Overall great experience and worth the drive every 3 weeks!

Chris has been my stylist for at least 16 years. He is the reason I go there. I have very difficult hair - cowlicks and fine baby hair - and he knows how to cut it. For the first 4-5 years I moved from New Haven, CT to Downington, PA, we would go back every 5-6 weeks to visit friends and go to our favorite stylist. We could no longer do that, so i suffered through many hair cut disasters in PA salons and I even tried an uppity salon in West Chester. I am so thankful I was referred to Chris. Yes, the prices are high, but I am told that the stylists are compensated better for their talents than other places. I assume that is true so I'm ok with that as long as Chris is my stylist, and I do not have experience with any other stylist. The staff is normally very friendly and helpful. Any business is going to end up with a loser now and then as people come and go. So if you happen to have a bad experience with staff, I would say that is an anomaly and that person won't be there for long, unless you are the problem.

I’ve been going to Leslie Arocho for like 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say! She always does my hair exactly how I like it, and I am always switching things up but she always does an amazing job, and I’m very picky! It’s hard to find a good hairstylist that gives you exactly what you want. She’s friendly and sweet! Great hairstylist! I would definitely recommend her!

Had gel nail polish put on looks great fast and friendly place

They completely trashed my wife wife's hair. The stylist had no idea what she was doing and kept wandering around to ask other stylists how to do what she was doing. They put way too much red in, tried to back it off and then just told her sorry can't get the red out. It was an snake travesty, they should be ashamed of the lack of professionalism with which they run this place. No wonder they make you pay beforehand, and then when you take issue and ask if they know what they're doing they got very rude. Unbelievable experience.
