I have been looking for a talented hair dresser since I left Charlotte over 10 years ago. Time after time I tried various salons in all the surrounding areas, and no one it seems could give a quality, "big city" haircut. Until I met Billy. I have long, thick hair that necessitates a good layered cut, and this seems to be like asking for the moon with most hairdressers. Billy gets it. He takes his time to "fix" the bad cut, explaining that this will be a joint process of working with the customer to finally arrive at that one look that will be perfect for her/him. Actually, the first cut was so near perfect I was astounded. A true artist. You can't find better.

The salon is AMAZING!!! The staff is so friendly and accommodating.

Love the cut that Heather gave me. The client before me left with a beautifully curled short do, perfect for black tie event. Other stylist's work was great too. The location is great and the salon is clean and stylish

My sisters and I have been going to Red salon for almost a year now. We have had such an amazing experience there esp Ashley - she is the sweetest. Truely one of the best salon I have been too. It is pretty, clean, hygienic, super friendly and quite reasonable - what more can you ask for:)

I visited a week ago during vacation. I came in off the street without an appointment, they were very professional knew exactly what was needed to take care of my natural hair. I left feeling clean, fresh & beautiful. I highly recommend them.

I had my hair cut by a young person back in August 2017. I told her what I wanted. She ignored me and did what she wanted even to the point of thinning out my hair. Not one hair was the same length. I did not ask for hair thinning. It's taken five months to get my hair to a somewhat decent length to cut again. We complained to the head person on duty that day and received an apology and a discount ticket. The person I had been seeing left to start her own hair salon. Ask for someone who has been doing hair for a LONG time............

Absolutely the best! Today was my first time there an I didn't leave just a customer, I feel I made friends. My hair looks amazing an I certainly gave her a challenge. I'm definitely going back.

I get my hair cut there all the time. The staff is professional and kind. The salon is well kept and has a pleasant atmosphere.

I hate my haircut and how I was treated. I recommend not going in during shift changes; seems to be 3-5.

Always get good haircuts there. But when a hair dresser talks about how she hates her cat and wants to get rid of it...and she doesn't even care if it goes to a good home...then it's a real easy decision for me to find another place to get my haircut

The staff at this location is amazing. They made my daughter and I feel like absolute family today,. They were all knowledgeable, competent, and incredibly helpful.
