This is one of the best places in the area. I am rather difficult to please when it comes to my hair. I have tried all the locations in the mall and they messed my hair up really bad. This place, every time I am pleased. I have had everyone who works there multiple times and am pleased with their services.
The only down fall is that it is always busy at usually times (after work hours 4pm on and Saturdays). So this is not a quick in and out during those times. I go Friday morning and I wait maybe 30 minutes max. The staff is pleasant and well trained. It is hard to tell who the manager is because the staff is so amazing. Well done!

I suggest you RUN from this place. My son's first hair cut is a disaster, I'll be taking him elsewhere to fix it! His bangs look like he did them himself. I would have pitched a fit while i was there, however my mom took him and she's too timid to say anything!

I was actually really looking forward to this place because it looked so nice inside!
The woman who cut my hair cut it unevenly!!!!!!!! I'm still dealing with the consequences 3 months later (I have to wait for my hair to grow out before I can get it cut again)
The staff WAS nice and friendly and the service was good, but my hair!!!!! :( I have never had my hair cut so unevenly before. Maybe it was a fluke, but it was not a good experience for me AT ALL.
I will not ever be going back there.

We went in two ladies were working. Each of them were with someone. They never acknowledged that we were there. The one finished. We talked to a man as his friend checked out. They left and we still were not acknowledged. The lady that finished went to the back. We waited a couple more minutes. We left and went to Holiday Hair, where we were greeted as soon as we walked through the door.
