Dawn is a kind person, but very rough. I have fine hair and during my keratin treatment she was pulling like crazy while brushing, blowdrying, and straightening. After yesterday's treatment, I see significant breakage from what happened. It even was painful. After other keratin treatments, my hair has felt very healthy and soft, but after this one, my hair feels rough and broken.

Her staff is always the best. I honesty can not say how great of a salon Salon You is. You have to go in and experience yourself.
