I was traveling to Boston for a conference. I walked in the salon and they were very warm and welcoming. I needed a haircut and thankfully Niko was available. I told Niko what I wanted and he gave me his professional opinion and delivered exactly what I expected. Very pleased with the haircut and the salon environment, everyone seems to be happy to work there. I wish they had Sassoon in Texas where I live.

They did the biggest mess on my hair. It was bleached when i said i prefer to be colored with blonde color for my kind of hair. I thought they did what i asked for... Wrong. & they took a long time to remove it all. Had to cut it again. My hair was very long, now it is shorter on my neck! Plus a lot of hair treatments trying to save it. Beware!! For your own good.
