I’m over from London and was nervous about trying out a new salon, but I’ll now be coming over to New York for every treatment! David Adams is amazing - he took so much time with me in our consultation to talk through the best colour options for my hair and no surprise, with all his experience, he colored it to perfection in my appointment! Without doubt the best highlights i’ve ever had! He’s also just so lovely and fun - I couldn’t recommend him enough! I was treated like an absolute princess the whole time - head massages, hand massages, endless drinks, a thank you package containing Aveda products and a lipstick top up before i left for the evening! Thank you Fourteenjay - I’ll be back!

A great place to get an excellent hair cut. You get a shampoo before and a rinse after the cut. I like consistency so I chose a stylist that I like and I request him each time. In my case that is Anthony Pan.

I call her the blowout queen. She has a way with her tools. Sometimes I feel like I can just sit down and say give me the usual and she knows exactly what to do when it comes to performing a single process, baylayage, or simply a haircut. I will trust Efthemia with my hair anytime, anywhere. I would take her on a deserted island with me! Go to Efthemia if you want to look amazing boys and girls.

Great salon. The staff is friendly and efficient. My stylist, Addam, is magic. When he cuts my hair he breathes life into it and I look amazing every time. The place looks cool too.

I am the literally the most difficult person to please when it comes to hair. Without fail every time I get my hair cut or done something just doesn't look right. Then I'm miserable. Until I went here. I had to cut all my hair off from bleaching it too much. I had long hair down to my almost to my waist for so I was completely freaking out knowing I had to take this step. My friend suggested I go here because she said they were great. Steph the woman who cut my hair was AMAZING. She helped me get over my anxiety of cutting my hair and was all around a really great person who was a lot of to talk to. I gave her some pics of ideas and she actually told me which would NOT look good. That alone made me a fan; so often you go places and they yes you and then the hair cut looks bad. When I asked about the dye (wanting something lighter because I'm going gray) she told me to go natural and she would would hide the white streaks with highlights. When I say perfect hair cut AND dye job. I mean PERFECT. So much so, pretty much everyone I know told me how great my hair looked. It is pricey but completely worth every single penny. If you are on the fence- GO! You won't regret it.

Mari is the bees knees!! She’s been coloring my hair for a year now and has exceeded all my expectations! She has taken me from a dark red to a beautiful balayaged blonde! I really wanted to be a blonde when I first met her, but my hair was so dark and there was no way I could be blonde overnight without killing me hair. She explained to me the process and we came up with a game plan. Mari cares about the integrity of the hair and does an amazing job at keeping your hair healthy and getting you to your hair goals. I get so many compliments on my hair and everyone is always telling me how natural it looks. Not only is Mari extremely talented at what she does, she’s also super fun to be around. I always have a great time when Mari does my hair!

Good, cheap haircuts. Don't force smalltalk on you. They shampoo before and after haircut.

Melinda is a wonderful person. She gives me a great cut and color. Women stop me in the street and in the supermarket and ask me where I get my haircut. I have been following her for years and I am so happy for her that she opened up her own salon.

The best hair salon I've found in NYC. Greg is a fantastic cutter, he really knows how to cut to the shape of your face. Natalie is one of the best colorists I've met. The staff are friendly and prices are v reasonable.

Jack is the only person in NYC that I trust with my hair. The unfade team is meticulous and very talented!

Wow! Just wow! Let me just say I am not one to leave reviews but this has truly been the best salon experience I have ever had. The salon has the most welcoming and nonjudgmental vibe which is refreshing. I have to admit I was slightly embarrassed walking in looking a mess but never felt judged for a second. Ryan gave me a full head of highlights and a beautiful haircut....I am still in awe as I am writing this on my way home. In addition to the color and the haircut, the blowout was the best I've ever had. I have very fine hair and a scalp which is very sensitive and this is the first time in years that I didn't feel any discomfort. Ryan is a miracle worker...truly a perfectionist and has skilled gentle hands. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Good service, a little too cold in the place

Best place to get your hair done. Being a person of color in Niagara Falls, I had problem finding a stylist who was familiar with black hair until I found this place. My stylist who is also the owner, Angle is great. She is pleasant and makes you feel comfortable and at home. She is knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. The atmosphere is pleasant and all the other stylists are very nice. Pricing is reasonable and scheduling is good such that they get you in at your exact appointment time. They cater to all hair types and it is a very multicultural and diverse setting.
