Horrible service. We signed in on line, the instructions said to be there at a certain time, when we arrived it said it would 20 more mins from the time it said, then we waited the 20 mins, he was on deck for 25 mins. Then they called someone else over him. What good is it to call ahead of time if you still wait an hour from the time you signed in????

Very friendly, customer oriented atmosphere. Not a super fancy, over priced salon but rather one where they know you by name when you walk in the door. Never had a bad haircut...and I would gladly wait in line rather than go elsewhere! If you go to ProCuts, Supercuts, Etc., then you will find EClips to be a superior option! Plus, Rose is great to visit with!
