I've been a client now for over 10 years. I couldn't be happier with the stylists - including the owner. Very family and community oriented salon with excellent service at affordable prices. I highly recommend!!
Strands Hair Salon

My sister has been going here for years, but until recently I had a hairdresser that I had been with for years so I had no reason to go here. But for the last year I have been trying all around Phoenixville area and never being happy with the cuts. I have very thick hair and a lot of hair people don't know how to cut thick hair. TOM STRAND DOES!! I will never go anywhere else again... And I made my daughter go, too and she was thrilled with her first cut in 5 years!!

The service was terrible! I was told that the hours of operation was 8 am til 5 pm. My daughter and I waited for one hour in the bitting cold on New Year's eve morning. Once they arrived, the attitude was unbelievable. I showed the picture of the style I requested. She said she could do it. It looks nothing like the picture!! They also use some kind of blended hair that looks like yarn... My daughter is writing her own review. She is equally dissatisfied. I will never patronize or recommend no one!!!!!

I arrived at hair express at approximately 2:30-2:50. I was refused service despite the fact that they're wasn't a single person waiting OR being served. Customer service is terrible. They will ask how you want your hair done, and then they'll cut/ style it whichever ways easiest for them. All-around the laziest, worst hair salon I've ever been dispriveledged enough to have to pay for. Very dissatisfied

Great service. Great staff. I came to visit friends in the area and my wife wanted to go out. We scheduled an appointment and even though we got there late, my wife was still able to get her hair done. She dyed my wife's hair, gave her a hair cut, waxed her eyebrows and blow-dried her hair . The place was clean and the vibe was good. My wife said she would definitely go again.
