Easy walk-in experience and ability to get a great haircut for cheap. Will definitely use this as my new stop in for a haircut. Meghan is great and always does a neat clean cut.

This place is so rude and unprofessional. They just sent out an extremely rude email to all their customers blaming the customers for having to implement a new policy. This was one of the most disappointing places I have ever been to. I will never be going back here.

The costomer service there is amazing. You dont feel rushed or railroaded to buy anything and they don't follow you around like a hawk making people feel uncomfortable. There are always tester swatches to use and its kept quite clean over all this is my favorite Ulta to go to.

As a first time client of Morgan, I booked an appointment online (as directed by her website) and received an email confirmation. I arrived 15 minutes early for an 11:00 appointment and was directed by the receptionist to a waiting area and told that she would notify Morgan that I was there. At 11:45, after waiting one hour, the receptionist walked by and said Morgan never came in. Really??!!! Luckily another sylist, Madison, overheard all this and worked me into her schedule even though it meant pushing someone else back a little bit. The cut was fantastic and she listened exactly to what I wanted instead of cutting it how she wanted, which is what alot of stylist do. I cannot recommend her highly enough. As for Morgan, well..........she gets one star only because you cannot post a review with no stars!

This is the only place I will go.. And Roxanna is the only one i will let touch my hair. She does a great job and i have a funky cut side shaves and all. I havent found anybody yet that can cut and style it like Roxanne. I really suggest her. Very professional amd what you want she will give it to you. 😍😍

Was told my wait time was an hour. I waited an hour and 15 minites and they never told me i was up and seemed uninterested in assisting. I've always went to this great clips and normally double pay for my haircuts. I want go back to this one

Pictures of my daughter's hair will b posted soon!!!! She had to pay 240 dollars for an Hair Coloring that ended up looking like my 10 year old niece did it blind folded... She was asked to come back and let the owner of this joke of a salon to fix it 4 free... And her hair still looks like like my 10 year old niece did it blind folded... If u are a cosmotoligist and u have the slightest doubt that u can't give a customer what they ask for DONT DO IT!!!!!!
