Have been hearing haircuts here since 2012. Get a haircut, hot towel on your face while they wash and condition your hair, get a massage and hair product of choice.

Amber was really great and did exactly what I wanted and made my cut perfect for me. I was surprised at how quick she was but so efficient. Plus you can't beat the cost!

All times are according to my phone which is approximately 2 minutes later than the Salon M Squared Clock (My phone 1:45; Their clock 1:47) I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00PM. 12:45 - I call to see if it's ok if I'm 5-10 minutes late. Reply is that is ok as long as it 5-10 minutes. I am in Waukesha and am on my there. Typical daily commute 24 minutes from door to door. Plenty of time (ETA 1:09) 1:10 - Walk in to see woman who is going to cut my hair dialing a number on the phone. Woman: "Are you Jason?" Me: "Yep." Woman: "Sorry I can't cut your hair. I need at least 25 minutes to cut hair." Non-constructive conversation (both sides) followed for 5-10 minutes involving the woman, the owner, and myself. At one point the woman told me it's my fault. Two problems with this statement in my mind: 1) Very poor customer interaction. Even if it is my fault (I was admittedly 10 minutes late) I do not think you should ever speak to a customer like that. 2) If she would have said I need 25 minutes on the phone, I would have realized no matter how much I try I can not make a 24 minutes drive in 19 minutes and I would have rescheduled. I left unfulfilled and in need of a haircut. I don't intend to ever go back and would not recommend them. I am a 27 year old male, I get a haircut at least once a month (until it's all gone), I live in East Troy, and I am discouraged that they could not even try to accommodate me in a semi-appropriate manner. 5 stars (out of 100)

Ashley has a great eye for styles that suit. She does such a great job, I always love my cut! I actually find it pretty incredible to have found a stylist like her because I feel like she actually cares that I love it; she always takes the time make sure it's finished perfectly.

Jodi does great work!! I am never dissatisfied.
