Great service

Very good place for a haircut. I had a friendly stylist and she did a great job. No excessive pressuring to buy products and it was a reasonable price. I prefer a barber shop but whenever I'm in a pinch this shop will be the first on my list.

I'm happy that that customers seem to be happy with the services offered. I am NOT happy with their customer service though. I bought a gift card over the phone to surprise my friend w/ a spa package. I asked the person processing the transaction to SPECIFICALLY indicate clearly what the gift card was intended for. She wrote down a message that I wanted included, but did NOT write down what I wanted the gift card intended for. Called salon to try and rectify the error. Their response? "We can't stop a customer from using the gift card on any service they want to use it for. That wouldn't really be fair to the customer." Ummm... how about it's not fair to me that they screwed up the intention and would not even bother to see the simple logic and try to rectify their screw-up!! Whatever you do, don't buy a gift card online or over the phone if they are NOT going to mark down what the gift card was intended for. If the company I work for did the same, we'd do everything in our power to make the purchaser satisfied. If we didn't, we'd go out out of business. Not a good business model Bellasazi, not good at all.

Mary does an excellent job. She's been cutting and coloring my hair for over a year now and I am always happy with the result. I love her salon's vintage decor too.

I went to this place yesterday and told the lady Dawn to leave my hair long to not cut off any length! I told her just some layers!! She not only cut off my hair, but gave me a fricken mullet!!! If you want a good hair cut go somewhere else unless you want all of your hair cut off!

Kris is an extremely skilled stylist and does a fantastic job with hair color! Love that she can take care of all my styling needs be it haircut, mani/pedi or waxing.
