I love the atmosphere at this hair salon. Toni, the owner, sets a positive environment. Sheila, who does my hair, is flexible and friendly. On top of it, my hair always looks fantabulous! The salon offers a full range of services including manicures.

Shelly & Kim are awesome! Always laugh alot when I am there. Our family wouldn't go anywhere else...and they really know their stuff and are very reasonably priced.

Gina is the best! I love my highlights. They are in style and well done. She also does a great job on waxing eyebrows. Icon salon always smells clean and refreshing! I love the massage chairs!

This place is very clean and the staff are all friendly. I love this place because I can get my hair, makeup and nails done in the same building. I also like that it is more private and cozy then other salons.

booked an appt for a Brazilian was there after seeing on the website the prices listed as $60-70 (70for extended wax). I was then charged $75 for an extremely basic Brazilian. I have never paid more than 65 for one. When I called they said the website needed to update, which is not a valid excuse. Also while I was being waxed there was 1 strip that took her 3 tries to get off- I’ve never felt pain like that before and have gotten at least a dozen Brazilians in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to Barewaxx instead - they only charge $55 for a full one and have a better atmosphere.

Steph is my stylist and therapist lol love this salon I feel comfortable I don't like driving into Milwaukee to get my hair washed. This salon is close to my home so I thought I would give it a try. I was a bit nervous because of my hair texture however she did a great job and I felt very comfortable talking to her. That was last year since then I only see her and couldn't be happier. She does all my washes and relaxers, trims. With my career I'm busy and don't have the time to sit in a salon for 9 hours. I'm very happy to have found this place it's a hidden gem right here in Franklin. When you live in the suburbs it's hard finding a stylist who is able to do ethnic hair. Being a professional I just don't feel comfortable driving into Milwaukee. Thank you Steph
